Peninsula e.V. selects the projects to be realised for the year at a General Assembly dedicated to this purpose, which is held twice a year in the spring and fall. Please refer to the Peninsula website for the most up-to-date deadlines.

In order to submit projects, you must be a member of Peninsula and submit all the required materials as specified in the guidelines below.

As Peninsula e.V. is an international platform, the application language should be English.

4. Eligibility: Applicants must be members of Peninsula e.V. (in the event that one of the members of the Project Committee applies with a project, a temporary replacement for the member of the Project Committee is required).

5. Application Period

Project applications may be submitted at any time. The initial selection of projects will be conducted by the Project Committee. In a subsequent stage, the selected proposals will be subjected to a vote at the General Assembly.

Proposals received by 15 January will be voted upon at the General Assembly in the spring of the same year.

Those proposals received by 15 August will be voted on at the General Assembly in the autumn of the same year.

It is not possible to request a letter of support for projects that have previously been accepted by other institutions. Instead, please write to the following email address: Further details can be found on the Support letters page.


1. Please send us a complete description of the project that fits on one A4 page for which the letter is requested, indicating the timeline and the partners involved.

3. Please include “Support letter” in the subject line of the email, otherwise the email will not reach the Project Committee. Incomplete applications will not be considered.

We highly recommend submitting the request for a support letter no later than three weeks before the deadline for which it is needed.

Requests arriving after this deadline may be rejected.


You can always contact us for a letter of support if it is necessary in order to apply for funding for a project or opportunity.

The Project Committee makes all decisions regarding letters of support
